Eighty+ Schools Use Mighty Writer Literacy Resource - Now You Can Try It For Free

 24th Jan 2017

Eighty+ UK schools are now using award-winning new literacy resource Mighty Writer – and that number could almost double with the launch of a new free trial.

Mighty Writer uses picture, symbol and word tiles to help 4-7-year-olds learn grammar, punctuation, syntax and storytelling.

They stick the tiles to soft-touch mats and toolbars using hook and loop fastening.

Mighty Writer swiftly transforms children’s storytelling and writing ability – they love using this revolutionary new resource.

It also saves teachers time, supports the 2014 National Curriculum and helps to prepare children for SATS tests.

Now 50 more schools are being offered the chance to try Mighty Writer for free in a no-obligation 60-day evaluation. All they have to do is provide feedback.

Earlier this year Mighty Writer won silver in the Primary Teacher Awards 2016 – just months after it was launched at the Education Show, NEC, Birmingham.

And leading education author, teacher and reviewer John Dabell praised it as “a pioneering belter of a resource” that helps children to develop core speaking and story writing skills.

Mighty Writer creator and Bournemouth teacher Emma Ralph said: Emma said: “Mighty Writer transforms children’s writing and really engages them.

“It allows them to create more sophisticated stories and write with well-structured sentences.”

She added: “Teachers who have tried Mighty Writer all love it – now it’s time to scale up the trials.

“All we ask in return is for teachers to provide us with feedback of their experiences.”

So far teachers have scored Mighty Writer 9.7 out of 10 overall, based on:

Have the children made significant progress? - 10/10

How engaged are the children? - 9.8/10

Are the children interacting? - 9.6/10

Does Mighty Writer encourage them to speak? - 9.9/10

Are they keen to write their sentences on paper? - 9.6/10

Mighty Writer is proven to raise literacy levels significantly. To find out more and to apply for the free trial, contact Emma Ralph: +44(0)1202 251126, emma@mightywriter.co.uk, www.mightywriter.co.uk
